We have a strict Quality Checking process embedded before each product is packed and dispatched. We take utmost care in packing to ensure zero damage during transit – domestic or international – and we ship through registered, reputed shipping service providers. In a rare scenario, if any product gets damaged during transit, we take full accountability of the damage, so that you can sit back, relax without any fear of shipping damage and shop!

We offer Free Shipping within India.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINE
We usually dispatch your order within 1-2 Business Days from the order placement date. (The dispatch may get delayed in case of product non-readiness, any customization, or delay from the shipping company—however, this is a rare scenario.)
Once dispatched from our end, the delivery timeline will depend on the shipping company. Usually, it takes 3–4 Business Days to deliver within India.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our international shipping is facilitated by DHL Worldwide. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at actuals quoted by DHL. The charge is based on volumetric weight, actual weight, and destination.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping charges paid to us. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry. These vary based on the destination country and the product category.
You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery after receiving an invoice from the shipping agent.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMELINE
We usually dispatch your order within 1–2 Business Days from the order placement date. (This may be delayed in case of product non-readiness, customization, or courier delays — which are rare.)
Once dispatched from our end, the delivery timeline will depend on the shipping company. Usually, it takes 5–7 Business Days to deliver anywhere in the world.

3. NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery 3 times before the package is returned to us.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including ZIP code and a valid mobile number. This helps in faster and smoother deliveries.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes across India.
However, our first preference is online prepaid orders.
