Return, Exchange & Refund Policies

Cub Tales endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (i.e. the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), has a genuine manufacturing defect, or is damaged during shipping, we are open to offering a Return or Exchange.

We offer exchange in case you are not satisfied with the delivered product. However, this is a rare scenario since the exact product you ordered is dispatched. Products are often marked as “Sold Out” once ordered, indicating their uniqueness.

In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit, we take full accountability of the damage—so you can shop confidently without fear.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  1. Handmade & Hand-Painted Products
    These may have slight inconsistencies in color shade, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, or size. These are natural variations that make each product unique and special. Returns are not applicable in such cases.

  2. Wooden Products
    Natural materials may develop micro-cracks over time or due to temperature and climate changes. This is not a defect. Return will not be applicable.

  3. Antique & Vintage Collections
    These items are not machine-made or newly manufactured. Multiple imperfections such as dents, scratches, or color blemishes are expected. These are retained intentionally to preserve the product’s authenticity. Returns or exchanges are not applicable.

  4. General Note for Handmade/Vintage Products
    Each product is one-of-a-kind and may slightly vary from the photograph shown online. The photograph is not an exact representation of the item you will receive. Disputes regarding such differences will not qualify for return or exchange.

  5. Reporting Timeline
    If you have a dispute or concern, contact our Customer Care within 3 Business Days of delivery. Beyond this window, returns/exchanges are not applicable.

  6. Product Condition for Returns/Exchanges
    The item must be returned to us without any damage, and in original condition.

  7. Usage Condition
    Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and must include original packaging and tags.

  8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
    If the delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or refusal to accept delivery, the return/exchange will not be applicable. The customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to initiate a redelivery.

  9. International Duty Refusal
    For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay duty and doesn't collect the order, return/exchange is not applicable.

  10. Applies to Domestic & International Orders
    These policies apply equally to both domestic and international purchases.

Process to Return or Exchange

  1. Record the Unboxing
    Always record a video and photos while unboxing the parcel. If you find an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. We Will Review & Respond
    The Cub Tales team will review your concern and respond with a resolution within 7 Business Days.

  3. Replacement or Refund
    Once we receive the returned product in original condition, we will initiate a replacement shipment within 7 Business Days, at our own cost.
    If the same product is unavailable, Cub Tales reserves the right to process a full refund to your original method of payment.

    The full process (return/exchange/refund) typically takes up to 15 Business Days from the date of reporting the issue.
